In this before image, you can see a damaged and deteriorated drywall pipe. The pipe, which is white in color, has suffered from cracks and warping over time. This condition has led to issues with drainage and water management around the home.

After Photos:

CT Stormwater created a significant improvement in the drainage system. Two French drains made from SDR 45 crush-resistant materials have been installed to replace the old, damaged drywall pipe. These new drains are designed to efficiently channel and manage water, providing proper footing drainage to serve the home effectively. The upgrade ensures better water flow and reduces the risk of water damage to the property.
